BE AT EASE WITH

We have a very large unfinished basement. Needed some way to control the humidity. Brian suggested the Aprilaire model 1850 dehumidifier. It has a little bit of sticker shock, but in this case, you definitely get what you pay for. One truly awesome dehumidifier. This thing is amazing. We have been keeping the basement at 49% humidity and it feels great. The system has been running without a flaw. I can't thank Brian enough for this recommendation and his excellent work in installing it, along with his inspection of our HVAC systems. Highly recommend

Brian at Southern Breeze has taken care of my Heat and Air Conditioning needs quickly and efficiently in the hottest of summer and the coldest of winter, and even on the weekend, when my unit has decided to stop working. Nate swung by to make sure everything was working OK, which I really appreciate. I was sitting on my front porch and witnessed Nate bring Ginger's trash can up to her house after the garbage truck swung by. It's a small gesture, but shows great character.
